There is a link on that article that sends you to the ATAF website page that has maps of the routes. The one showing the electric city buses that run through the center does have circles along the route that more or less mark the stops. But the more general route map does not have any circles to indicate where stops are at.
In any case, there are definitely stops along streets that clearly mark the bus stops. There will be a pole with a tag and bus numbers for the lines that stop there. The best way to see where stops are ahead of time of your arrival, is to check Google Maps - once you zoom in and in, there are bus icons showing the stops, very useful since once you click on them, it will also say which lines stop there! I think that is the most useful for you, if you're checking where the stops are close to where you will be staying.
