Default Staying in Radicondoli in October

We are planning a trip to Italy from Oct 1-12 with 4 friends. We have rented a villa in the village of Randicondoli for a week. We have cars rented and are planning day trips from the villa. What wineries do you recommend visiting that are closets this village? Any other info anyone would like to submit, we are Ll ears...thanks so much...enjoy reading the forum!

    Ciao Linda,

I was able to find several estates in the area that produce wine:

    http://www.poderelafonte.com/agricoltura.html
    http://www.colombaiolo.it/agriturismo_toscana/vino.htm
    http://www.agriturismosandomenico.it/
    http://www.fattoriasolaio.it/

Not knowing where you are, these are just some of the ones in the area that produce wine... it isn't an area completely dedicated to wine production so you'll have to head north toward San Gimignano, west toward the coast and in the other directions to see many more vineyards.

The best solution is once you're in the area to stop by the ProLoco tourism office in Radicondoli and pick up all the brochures and ask about local events so that you can better plan your outings in the area.

Obviously you'll be able to do day trips further from the villa during that time - here are some places you should try to fit in: http://www.discovertuscany.com/itine...n-tuscany.html
