we need some tips :)
Me and my husband going to be in tuscany area in easter.
It's the first time we'll visit italy.
and we want to see some local villages, and maybe stay with local family.
We would love to have some recommendations!

Look for a B&B in the countryside
if meeting the locals is a priority then I suggest you look into a small family run b&b...though keep in mind, the major holidays are still pretty much celebrated and the owners maybe there - but they could also have quite a bit of family "stuff" going on. Or this is actually the last holiday before the vacation season starts so you might find that many have qualified stand-ins waiting to greet and register you. I would make a point of mentioning you desire to meet the family, etc. when you make the booking.
Here are a few family run bed and breakfast accommodations that you can look into:
Le Due Volpi
B&B del Giglio
PS. these links will take you direct to booking with the owner

Here are some additional ideas of places run directly by the family who are very much involved in all aspects of your stay, across the region (some to the north of Florence, others to the south of the city, one in Garfagnana):
Some offer cooking classes themselves (Palmira, Libbiano, Candida).
Look into renting a car so that you can move around without worries of time schedules for buses/trains, particularly over the holidays.
