Tours for Tuscany?

Any recommendations for really nice 3 - 5 day tours for Tuscany? My husband and I will be in Rome on business in the fall, and want to see the area but without having to handle the transportation. We aren't usually tour people, but sometimes when you're in a sort of hurry, it's the best way to see the nicest things. I'd definitely want a nice tour, not an overly touristy one, if that makes sense. Thanks!

I think you should look into small personalized tours such as the ones offered by Vinarium which offers many tours around wine as well as cooking, biking and walking tours to discover both Florence and Tuscany. Nicer than the really big groups since you can personalize your 3-5 days according to what you'd like to do.
