    Default Gluten free accomodation

My friend and I are planning a trip to Florence for five days in August, however she has Coeliac disease and can't eat anything with gluten in. Is there anywhere near the city centre that can cater to us? We're looking for cheap hotels/ B'nBs on a budget.
She can bring her own food from home, and we'll make some requests at restaurants and such when we eat out, but it will be a big help if our accommodation can help us out for the duration of our trip. Any suggesitons are welcome, thanks!

you will find that many places in Florence cater to this situation and they all have signs outside so you know. The first restaurant that comes to mind is right next to the Duomo (La Bottega di Donatello)

Check out this article, where there is a note about one of our favorite pizza restaurants with a gluten free.

    Buon Viaggio,
