Buongiorno -
Sounds like so much FUN!!
You mentioned Campersevoli - wonderful! Yes, it is a bit of a drive to Florence - though you could look into taking the train which would save you parking and hastle and the kids normally love the experience.
I have worked with the owner in the past and I would rank this as an excellent choice. They are family friendly and kid friendly - and if they still have space, you will find them very accommodating especially with a party in mind.

In addition, I love the area and there is a lot to see without driving all over the place - including vineyards, food festivals and Easter events.
Check out this link for things to see and do nearby: https://www.discovertuscany.com/val-di-chiana/
You will need to move fast, because many places are already filling up for Easter, so here are a few other places to consider:
https://www.discovertuscany.com/tusc...la-vianci.html big rooms allow for space for the kids

closer to Florence - and who can pass up a wine tasting ....
My last suggestion is
