Default Accommodation recommendations around Siena for family of four with two young babies

We are traveling to Tuscany from New York May 13th - May 23rd and are seeking to rent a private villa / farmhouse in or around Siena that we could use for our base to explore the region.

We are a family of four with 15 month old twin girls, and are looking for a place that is relatively child friendly, with outdoor space for them to roam, a pool, and ideally a cleaning service so that the place could be cleaned 1-2 times during our stay.

Many of the places I have seen are very large and best suited for extended families / groups. We would prefer to rent a smaller 2-3 bedroom house if possible.

In terms of location, we would prefer to be just outside either Siena or another of the Tuscan hill towns in that region.

Does anyone have any recommendations for either specific properties they have stayed at that meet these requirements, or for a travel service that is able to identify appropriate properties?

We stayed at San Giovanni in Poggio and believe it would be what you're looking for -- keep in mind that many properties are not exclusive because they tend to be large farmhouses and are instead divided into apartments where you share the pool while having your own outdoor spaces. Since this is a small property with only 5 apartments, I think you'll enjoy the privacy you want.

Here is my review of our stay: https://www.discovertuscany.com/sien...in-poggio.html
and more info on here: http://www.tuscanyaccommodation.com/...in-poggio.html

In the opposite side of Siena (northwest), we also visited Agriturismo Vernianello run by a family with kids, who therefore have targeted families by offering a large playground and lots of toys/games for children of all ages - here's my review: https://www.chianti.com/chianti-farm...rnianello.html and more details here: http://www.tuscanyaccommodation.com/...rnianello.html
This property is also small, with just 4 apartments, all surrounded by wonderful views of vineyards.

If you want the private home, Agriturismo Incrociata has the Capanna house you could look into: http://www.tuscanyaccommodation.com/...ncrociata.html
