Greetings from Canada!

This forum and the accommodations listings is a fantastic resource but also somewhat daunting.

My wife and I are hoping to book a farmhouse or B&B stay this coming November. We aren't picky about the exact region/ location and I imagine the selection is limited this close to the travel date. We'd prefer the countryside quiet over the city.

We are foodies and would love to experience cooking classes, see and taste olive oil farms. I understand there is a truffle festival in San Maniato and many food festivals and a Wild Boar Feast which all sound awesome. A vespa or bike tour or two would be nice.

Can anyone make recommendations? Sorry if this sounds like a rather broad ask. We'll probably get a car if that makes a big difference.
