Accommodation for Andrea Bocelli

Hi guys, we are going to the Andrea Bocelli concert at the Teatro del silenzio in July. Do you know if we need to book a hotel nearby or if there is transport from Florence or Pisa? If we need to stay nearby, where would you recommend?

If you stay nearby, you still need transportation to get to the area, were you planning to rent a car at all while in Tuscany?

There really isn't organized transport to get to the concert, so you would need to get a private transfer service - I found this one:
