The site will take you to the bus route from the airport (Firenze Peretola, Aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci, Firenze, FI, Italia) Yuo should be able to purchase the ticket on board.

Unfortunately, no english version on that website.

Do use Google Maps to map moving around Tuscany, there is the public transport tab and they have done a well job of integrating the bus schedules for the various Tuscan companies operating across the region so you'll get info on times directly on there - as well as the info on the bus route which are available.
