    Default Accommodation

We plan to visit Florence for 3 nights in September and are looking at staying on Via Monteoliveto.
Is this centrally located, within walking distance of sights etc?

There are a couple of buses that are close by with a ten minute walk you can catch the C3 (this bus runs every 15 min.), which will take you around the city center. There is also the bus "D" which runs every 18 minutes, and is a bit closer to you, this will take you to Ponte Vecchio.

On the map it is a 2 km walk to Ponte Vecchio and from there everything is extremly close and it takes you through a more residential area - where the locals are, so it will definitely give you a more genuine and authentic feel for Florence - as well as restaurants and apricena options.

    Buon Viaggio,

    Donna Denise
