    LOTS!! Most people go to see Michelangelo's David and then leave, staying at most 30 min. But there are many other artworks from the 13th-18th centuries, plus a whole section on musical instruments and another on gesso works from the 19th century that I would recommend spending time to explore. Yo can easily spend a full 2 hours there; if you have the time, I'd recommend staying to explore! You can read more http://www.accademia.org
