Florence at the end of August
Hello!
I'm thinking of booking a week's holiday in Florence in the last week of August. Is the city usually very full of tourists around that time? I know the weather might be hotter than I'm used to (I'm from Ireland) but I think I could cope ok with that if I didn't also have to find my way through crowds of people as well!
Thanks!

August is a nice time to visit Florence. You will enjoy each and very moment. In fact there will be many events in August. I would suggest you to take a look at this event calendar http://www.florencewebguide.com/flor...-by-month.html. Also, I will highly suggest booking your accommodations as well as tours in advance for more convenience. You can find many options as per your budget online. At http://www.tripindicator.com/florenc...tractions.html and https://www.tripadvisor.com/Attracti...e_Tuscany.html you can compare various tour options. I hope it helps!
