Siena on a Moped
Buongiorno,
a sweet little itinerary on a moped (or bike depending on how active you are)
Down to Buonconvento where you can visit the Altesino between Montalcino and Buonconvento - historic cantina, beatutiful views. I have been here and they have a nice tour of the cantina
then hear towards Murlo - beautiful road, very quiet and panoramic
And after Murlo head back towards Siena.
It makes for a great little circle and is about 2 -3 hours travel time ... then of course you need to add your exploring time.
As for pools around Siena, there are two public pools Aquacalda and Piazza Amendola. You should have your hotel help you with the hours, because they will change for the summer - and they might have special events.
Buon Viaggio
