Full day wine tour departing from Siena

My wife and I are looking for a full day wine tour (preferably 3 wineries) to Montalcino or Montepulciano (but willing to consider San Gimignano or Chianti). We do not need the tour to be private, we will gladly travel with other wine lovers, especially if it means the per-person price is lower. The tour can include lunch or we can do lunch on our own. Most of the tours I can find look like they depart from Florence. Do you have any recommendations for tours departing from Siena?

These tour all start in Siena -

3 wineries around Montalcino + Sant Antimo Abbey (a must!) - smaller private group and all day

1 winery + Montalcino + Sant'Antimo Abbey - just afternoon

for something different, this is a visit to Montepulciano + Pienza with CHEESE tastings ;-) - small group (max 8 people) - full day

Here are more tours of Siena and from Siena to local areas - including to SG and Chianti.

Thank you for recommending Donatella. I got in touch with her and unfortunately, she is all booked up during our trip.

I was looking at the links on the viator.com site. They look like they might be right for us, but I am a little hesitant because it doesn't list the tour company. I would prefer to book a tour with a company after I know a little about them and not just what the tour is. Any idea who viator.com uses?

Viator works with well-established local agencies. In Siena, I believe the biggest is called MyTour so I think it is most likely that one.
A while back, I had checked out several sites of tour agencies in Siena and Florence, now I can't remember which one it was but I remember some of the offerings were more limited, or the booking not as streamlined as they could have been. Just a matter of website, I think, of not having a good "shop" platform.
Viator offers a well-tested platform for tours worldwide, much like Booking.com does for hotels and for that reason we work with them using their platforms on our websites, to help you and our other visitors find these types of services! Of course, as an affiliate partner, we receive a small percentage when you buy through our sites :)
