    Default Assistance with Itinerary Tuscany

I would like to take my 75 year old mom to Tuscany, it is her dream. We will go for 7 days and then my husband will join us for a week thereafter for another week. Where is the most Central to stay in Tuscany close to attractions. A place where transport is easy to get. I work and will need to have full internet where we are staying. Do you think it is a good idea to stay in Florence for a day or two?

    Default Staying in Florence

Absolutely stay in Florence - you will have easy access to public transport for all kinds of day trips and it will be easy to organize private tours, many of which pick up from Florence.

It will also be easy to find pubs, restaurants, caff├Ęs, shops and museums - this makes a difference when the person you are travelling with gets tired easily. I know that when I travel with my Mom, she likes to relax, she enjoys her down time as much as the cultural exploration. Something like that can be down in a small town as well - but with less access to public transport.

For example, check out the two B&B in San Donato:

    Buon Viaggio,
