    Default traveling with a car

    Buongiorno,

Though the cost probably won't change much between car and train tickets - I believe that the train will be more comfortable and probably much faster allowing you more time to enjoy and tour the points of interest you have selected.

Florence really could use the full two days - and if you catch a speedy train between Florence and Rome you will save yourself a lot of hassle (not even the locals like to drive a car in the city of Rome!)

Check out some of our walking itins for the city center of Florence -

and maybe consider a one-day personalized tour to visit the countryside (our favorite suggestion is a bike adventure with Bike Florence & Tuscany)

    Buon Viaggio,
