Is the Firework in Florence will be there today ?

We saw that normally there is a Firework tonight in Florence.
Due to covid19 is it still happening ?

I'm sorry I did not see this the day of (or even a few days after) but I'll answer anyways. This year, the whole celebration was pretty low key so that people would NOT go out and amass to see the fireworks, as normally happens. There were a few "light shows" against some of the main monuments and then some "online" celebrations. 2020 surely will be a year to forget, hoping next year we will be able to find some of our spirit to celebrate once again.
