Hello!

My name is Jack Evans, a travel writer from Brighton, UK. I am currently in the brainstorming process of writing a book about your stunning country, in which Tuscany will have a great prominence within. I am visiting the region in 4 weeks and would like to feature some of Tuscany's smaller scale or quirky stories within the chapter. A few ideas I have are as follows...

- Small scale family run vineyards, ideally with a strong and proud history.
- Large and small scale cheese manufacturers, with extensive history or relatively new
- Craftsmen of traditional wooden goods (the more unique the better)
