Cycling Tours in Tuscany

Hi, I'm planning a trip to Italy for June 2020 with husband. Would love to do a cycling tour, preferably on mountain bikes and off busy roads. Our fitness level is medium but would prefer itinetaries that do not include extremely long and steep inclines. Not sure if we should join a group tour or self-guided itinerary.
What are some local tour groups I could contact for advice?

great idea!! I have done it several times - and have even sent my family out on a bike in Chianti and Tuscany with rave reviews.
