Hello,

I would like to visit de region Val d`orcia in its essence: food and wine and culture.
The trip would be in july during a week.

What cities or villages, that preserve the most typical and romantic architecture and that are calm and nice, do you recommend?

I will wainting for your answer.

Val D'Orcia

Buongiorno,
Val D'Orcia is a very nice region to visit, and it's a Unesco World Heritage Site. We suggest you to visit first Montalcino, then the wanderful Abbey of san't Antimo. You could continue toward Bagno Vignoni, and take the road in direction of Pienza and Montepulciano, which is a panoramic road.
Wea are sure you'll like the area.
Have a nice holiday!

Itinerary in Val d'Orcia

Buongiorno,

just spent a day down in this area ... loved it.

Here are a few articles which might ive you some ideas (in addition to the places names above!).

This is an area of Wine like that of Orcia DOC , Brunello wine from Montalcino and the delicious wines of Vino Nobile.

Bagno Vignoni is definitely one of my favorite places and when I was coming home, stopped at Tenimenti Andreucci. (which isn't Orcia DOC, Brunello or Vino Nobile but Chianti Senese)

Buon Viaggio,

Donna Denise
