Kids in Tuscany
Buongiorno,
I can appreciate that you really don't want to rent a car, it seems like a lovely idea to just move around with public transport. However, with a little one in tow, I believe you will appreciate the freedom a car will give you.
Here is an article which lists our top ten choices for accommodations which are kid friendly:
https://www.discovertuscany.com/tusc...-friendly.html
I have actually visited number 1, 2, 6, 7 & 8

https://www.discovertuscany.com/tusc...montaione.html
https://www.discovertuscany.com/muge...a-il-lago.html

This one isn't on the list, however it is a quiet environment, big rooms and easy bus transport to the city.
Buon Viaggio,
Donna Denise

thank you for answer! we booked accommodation in Barberino di Mugello. From there, what can you recommend for visit? we will rent a car and want to travel through Tuscany over small villages and small roads. We want to visit Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano. Can you recommend us some interesting villages or district to explore?
