Default shopping for leather in Florence

Hello! We are going to Italy in April and will be in Florence for 2 day. I wanted to buy a leather jacket there. Can you suggest any good store with good Italian quality? Thank you.

    Default Leather in Florence

You will find Florence overflowing with leather stores . . . Most of them will say that their jackets are made in Italy but beware of low prices, a sure sign that they are not really from Italy or that they are made with inferior leather.

If you have the time you can look into a store called Pierotucci, not only are their products made in Florence with Italian tanned leathers but if you come on a week day you can walk around the workshop and watch them make their bags. It is interesting and suitable for all ages.

Default Shopping for leather in Florence

We are staying at an apartment in Piazza Massimo D'Azeglio in June. We do not have a car.
What is the best way to the Pierotucci Leather Factory using the city bus?

    Thank you.

    Buongiorno -

you can definitely take a bus (number 31 or 32 from Piazza San Marco)

If you give them a call though, they maybe able to organize a pick-up - it depends if their shuttle is already booked.

Call and ask for Bev, (+39 055 64 11 43) she is English and will take good care of you or you can write her an email - customerservice@pierotucci.com

    Have Fun Shopping.
