    Default Ztl

Would anyone know whether the ZTL in the smaller villages such as Castellina in Chianti and Panzano in Chianti are enforced by cameras?

Default no need to drive into the small center of these villages!

I don't believe there are cameras but there are certainly metal posts and chains that make entrance into the area noticeable. These two towns are so small that there is no need to go in with a car. Both have parking lots close by (I'd say less than 500m from the "center") so if there is no good reason to actually go in (drop off a disabled person, for example), I'd avoid it. Remember these are hilltop villages made when streets were for people and carts, not cars so they are narrow and in any case, walkable from one end to the other is less than 15 minutes if you don't stop along the way!
