hi everyone,
i'm an italian girl living in florence and i really find hard to believe it as an unsafe city...
i always go around alone, often at night, and i've never had bad experiences...
i think the problem is the "tourist appearance". If you look like a tourist they see you and follow your movements till they found the right moment..
So...i agree with the writer...stay aware but come to visit us!
