The villa features a spacious ground floor designed for communal living, featuring a formal dining area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave), and multiple sitting rooms for relaxation. The villa also offers a laundry room and a bathroom with a shower on this level.
Its four bedrooms, each with furnished with individual style, provide a restful and serene atmosphere. There are 3 bedrooms on the first level: two double bedrooms and one with three single beds, perfect for families with kids. One of the two double bedrooms has the space for an extra third single bed, while the other double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub and a private balcony, offering panoramic views of the Tuscan landscape. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom on this floor.

The fourth bedroom is on the second level and is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom featuring a shower. The location away from the other rooms can provide extra privacy and quiet.
All in all, the villa will comfortably host up to 10 guests.
